Sino property residents are now able to use the app to handle matters such as unit takeover and booking payment settlements, finding useful information and latest announcements across multiple properties and clubhouses. Residents can also enjoy seamless security access to their estate and building with the e-resident card as well as visitor registration capabilities all within the app.
Residents and staff are able to report defects via the app and the property handover process with all data and information integrated into Sino’s backend systems have proven to be a great convenience to both Sino staff and users.
