[The Philippines] The SM Store has launched a mobile customer engagement game and e-Stamp campaign on 15 Oct. With the “Call to Deliver Scratch & Win” game, customers can try their luck by scratching the screen to reveal gift card icons. Match icons on the screen to win attractive prizes. The customer engagement game has been played over 483,000 times, and has issued over 14,800 winning e-tickets with well over 6,800 prizes redeemed.
The SM Store also launched the “Call to Deliver e-Stamp” campaign which ran from 1 Dec 2021 to 15 Jan 2022. With the e-Stamp campaign, utilizing one of INSTORE’s features, customers can earn one e-Stamp for every P500 on a single-receipt purchase made via their online Call to Deliver platform. After going through a simple registration process, customers can tap the “Collect e-Stamps now” button to start collecting e-Stamps. The details of the e-Stamp campaign can be found on the “Rewards” page, and by simply tapping on the “Scan” button, customers can easily scan the barcode located at the bottom of the receipt after selecting the region and branch of the store where the purchase was made. After the barcode is recognized, the e-Stamps will be automatically awarded to the customer’s account. Since the campaign’s launch on 1 Dec, over 253,000 e-Stamps have been issued, and over 1,311 gifts have been redeemed. In addition to digitalizing the membership database, e-Stamp campaigns can help engage customers and incentivize them to spend more at your store, which is essential in the competitive retail world.
