The redesigned app seamlessly integrates a digital loyalty program with the user’s physical loyalty card to receive personalized information and promotions. The upgraded app contains Shop & Earn with different Collector Cards, eCoupons, and eStamps, all powered by Cherrypicks’ loyalty product INSTORE. Integrated through all of the supermarket’s POS systems, customers can simply show their member’s barcode before payment at the cashier, and the system will automatically calculate the eligible promotions, eCoupons, and eStamps for the customer to enjoy in their transactions. With INSTORE’s Automated Promotion Engine, even the most intricate loyalty rules can be set for the customers. Customers can also be targeted with personalized promotions through analyzing their previous purchase data. As the original membership database has been digitally transformed, customers can simply log in and set up a new password on the revamped app to enjoy all their old and new benefits.
