[Hong Kong] Donald Chan, cherrypicks’ SVP, Business Development, was invited by PolyYouth Entrepreneurship Symposium (PolyYES) on 28 July to represent the mobile apps industry and to conduct a 2-hour workshop for students from both local and mainland universities, allowing them to learn more about the industry and how to start their own business. Donald shared the key ingredients in a successful business model and used cherrypicks as well as many other phenomenal mobile apps as examples to illustrate to the students.
PolyYouth Entrepreneurship Symposium (PolyYES) 2015 will bring together around 200 young people from Hong Kong and other regions on 28-30 July 2015. Based on the theme “Explore.Build.Create.”, the symposium includes intensive and highly interactive activities ranging from entrepreneur talks and networking sessions to skill workshops and experiential activities. It will provide a platform for young minds to learn, be inspired, gain insights into entrepreneurship, and develop the skills and qualities of an entrepreneur.
