‘Tis the season for giving

[Hong Kong] Cherrians teamed up with members of the Rotary Club of Central Harbourfront to volunteer and give several children a Xmas party to remember on 15 Dec. The party organized by The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong, provided an opportunity for caregivers and children to leave behind all worries and just enjoy the holiday season. Before the party, the volunteers introduced some games they designed specifically to play with both the children and caregivers and then worked on some Xmas crafts for them to take home. The event also included the volunteers handing out Xmas presents to the kids, cutting the birthday cake to celebrate December birthdays, a group photo and a Xmas feast! We hope through the event, the children and caretakers can feel the Holiday Spirit and we look forward to the next volunteer event!
